Hybrid Master Coat
This is an eco-friendly composite ceramic coating agent that forms a strong coating film with a nano porous structure by mixing a resin with a unique molecular structure in which water and oil are combined with a hydraulic property ceramic material with excellent water vapor effect. It solves the poor water resistance of existing water-based paints and the non-environmental property of oil-based paints at once. It is a new concept eco-friendly composite ceramic coating agent that maximizes the durability of various concrete structures by completely solving the problems of water-based and oil-based paints, such as swelling and peeling of the coating film in the state of being underwater for a long time, with particularly excellent water vapor performance.

1. Application Scope
This standard is applied to a ceramic metal-containing waterproof and anti-corrosive material
(hereinafter, waterproof and anti-corrosive material) applied to the inner and outer surfaces of
concrete and structural steel (tanks, sluice gates, pipes, valves, steel water tanks, etc.) for the
purpose of waterproofing and anti-corrosion of a structure.

It is an eco-friendly composite ceramic coating construction method with excellent air entraining effect (water vapor) due to the molecular structure in which water and oil are combined. It is a new concept of waterproof and anti-corrosive construction method that perfectly solves the problems of existing water-based and oil-based paints such as coating disbondment, swelling, poor water resistance, and staining of the coating film in the state of long-term immersion in water. It is a ceramic coating agent made of ceramic resin, inorganic pigment, fluororesin, etc. It is a waterproof coating method that can improve the properties such as chemical resistance and high hardness due to the fluororesin contained. It is an eco-friendly ultra-fast two-liquid-type and non-solvent type product, and it uses construction method forming a smooth elastic coating with a strong and high density through mixed injection under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
